Personal Assistant

Your responsibilities:

As a Personal assistant, you will be the right hand of 2 directors (Finance and Operations). Your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • To screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • To organize and maintain diaries and to make appointments;
  • To produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • To organize and attend meetings/conference calls and to ensure the team is well prepared for meeting and provide complete minutes;
  • To devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  • To book all travel (flights, hotels, car rental, transport) with best price conditions for the Directors and their teams and handle travel expense reports for Directors;
  • To ensure all required follow-up and reporting and to support the departments in other ad-hoc tasks if needed;
  • To carry out background research on internet and to present solutions:
  • To perform a wide variety of administrative tasks in the structure of the Assistant Pool.

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or master degree;
  • Min 5 years of  experience as Personal Assistant;/Management Assistant;
  • Team player while being able to act independently:
  • Sense of ownership, discretion and confidentiality;
  • Excellent interpersonal contact and professional manners in multicultural environment;
  • Team player while being able to act independently;
  • Excellent English, knowledge of French or Dutch, other languages are an  asset;
  • Stress resistant and able to handle multiple demands simultaneously;
  • Excellent skills in Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS-Word and MS-Outlook;
  • High responsiveness to call to action, accurate (precise) in communication;
  • Service/support minded and very enthusiastic;
  • Willing to travel occasionally.

International Business Manager

Role and responsibilities:

As an International Business Manager, you will develop new sales channels (automotive) and implement a long-term business strategy.

Your main tasks are:

  • Actively contribute to develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the ARC Europe Group Insurance Products Portfolio
  • Secure a well-planned and coordinated customer approach
  • Secure a strong ARC Europe awareness in the customers’ minds
  • Secure and further develop the existing contracts to generate additional business by extending the assistance cooperation to other trust-marks of the allocated customer and offering the whole ARC Europe product-portfolio
  • Develop insurance related products (for example: Mechanical Breakdown, Warranty on New and Used cars, Gap insurance, tyres insurance…) together with colleagues from Business Development and take the lead in approaching prospectsProfile:

 

Profile:

  • Master degree in Business, applied Economics or similar:
  • Ideally more than 10 years of operational experience obtained in assistance sector (Sales), or automotive after sales with experience in warranty services or  in insurance/ financing sector;
  • Real “hunter” profile, enjoying the research of new leads, capable to analyze their current and future needs in order to align the ARC Europe commercial proposition;
  • Ease and talent in communication and negotiation  with senior management;
  • Ability of interaction and networking within a multinational working environment;
  • Very enthusiastic and resourceful with a strong personality;
  • Team player while being able to act independently;
  • English and French or German fluent in speaking and writing (mother tongue level). Other languages are an asset:

Digital Process Developer

Your role & responsibilities:

As Digital Process Developer, you are in charge of leading, facilitating and monitoring the implementation of new Digital Road Side Assistance processes within the network of Service Providers mainly in customer care centers. You deliver on time the required quality.

You will be in contact with:

  • Digital representatives in Service Providers Operations
  • Digital Program Manager
  • All project teams that are in the scope of the Digital Program

 

Job responsibilities and authorities:

  • Ensure development and implementation of Digital RSA within the Service Provider Network by monitoring planning’s and execution plans of service providers;
  • Design and develop digital operational processes to support Digital Road Side Assistance including cross border situations in close cooperation with Head of Operations and service providers Operations Manager;
  • Define together with IT Business Analyst, service provider and OEM the minimum set of data to support the successful implementation of the process;
  • Promote and ensure process standardization amongst ARC Europe Service Providers;
  • Support Service providers operations department in transition to digital RSA;
  • Organize, coordinate and perform all relevant scenario tests during development of Digital RSA;
  • Organize, coordinate and supervise all end-to-end tests before GO live;
  • Be the SPOC for Digital RSA operations of ARC Europe contracts;
  • Promote and organize best practice exchange;
  • Provide resolution for problems;
  • Report on project status.

 

Profile:

  • Master degree in Business, Applied Economics, or similar.

Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you oversee the development and use of ARC data systems.  You carry out researches and put in place efficient ways to organize, store, analyze and report data in response to requestor with attention to security and confidentiality.

The goal is to ensure that information flows timely and securely to and from ARC Europe as well as within.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst at ARC has the following responsibilities:

  • Understand the requirements (both functional and non-functional) from customer and develop Business Requirements Specifications;
  • Understanding and drafting business requirements for creation of interactive Customer dashboards and reports with 360 degrees of data. Creating data stories with one of the BI tool;
  • Configure/build the application/process solution in line with the design document & also assist the team in requirement clarifications to complete configuration and customization;
  • Formulate techniques for quality data collection with N&O / Sales (Customers) to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data;
  • Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects;
  • Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards;
  • Assist with reports and data extraction when needed. Understand and ensure privacy law and standards;
  • Prepare scheduled reports for distribution to the Business requestor and Develop ad-hoc reports as necessary/required by Business requestor;
  • Present data and/or related data management procedures or techniques at conferences and meetings where needed;
  • Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.);
  • Survey and benchmark Data Management processes and tools;
  • Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modification.

 

Your profile:

  • Mater Degree related to Computer Sciences, Business or Economics;
  • Ability to fully grasp the complexity of data management;
  • Strong understanding of databases and data/business analysis procedures;
  • Possess excellent troubleshooting skills: an analytical mindset with problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.);
  • Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.);
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Communicate effectively;
  • Committed Team player with the sense of respect and integrity;
  • The role requests a results-oriented mind, with a can-do attitude;
  • Excellent knowledge of English. The knowledge of other languages is an asset.

Profile:

  • Master or Bachelor degree in business or marketing;
  • Ideally several years of operational experience obtained in insurance / financing sector, Assistance Sector (Sales), or Automotive After sales;
  • Strong interest for the automotive sector;
  • Positive attitude and solution minded;  enthusiastic and resourceful;
  • Team player while being able to act independently;
  • Good presentation and communication skills;
  • Pleasant, patient, but ‘strong’ personality;
  • Creative and problem solver;
  • English, French and German fluent in speaking and writing (al the three on mother tongue level). Other languages are an asset;
